A few notes on best-time data
Time zones matter more than you think. A B2B SaaS with 60% of customers in North America and 40% in Europe can't post at “10am local” without half the audience missing it. Split the difference or post twice.
Your niche beats the average. These are broad benchmarks. A fitness account's peak window is 5-7am; a nightlife account's peak is 9pm-1am. Both would look wrong against the “overall” number.
Consistency beats timing. Posting at a suboptimal time 5x a week beats posting at the perfect time 1x a week — engagement systems reward frequency.
Post-hoc analytics wins. After ~30 days of posting on any network, your own analytics (native or via ManageSM) will beat any published benchmark. Use averages until then, then trust your own numbers.
Find your actual best time.
ManageSM tracks engagement per post per network per hour. After a few weeks you get a heat-map of your own audience — not somebody else's.
