Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is per workspace, plus included seats, brands and accounts. Reviewer seats are unlimited on Agency and free-of-charge on Pro (three per brand).
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You pick a plan or the workspace pauses. Nothing publishes without your say-so, nothing is deleted, and your data stays exportable for 90 days.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades pro-rate to today. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
Do I get a discount for annual billing?
Yes — 20% off any annual pre-pay. Contact us for a quote.
Do you refund unused portions?
We prorate on downgrade and refund unused portions on cancellation for annual plans. Monthly plans stop at the end of the cycle.
